Student Technology Fee Documentation for FY2012


Three-Year Technology Plans and Additional STF Requests dueMarch 31, 2011

All use of Student Technology Fee is governed by the FY2012 Expenditure Guidelines, including Computer Recommendations and Classroom Technology Recommendations.

  1. All colleges, schools and other units receiving Student Technology Fee allocations must complete a Three-year Technology Plan Outline and return it via e-mail to stf@uga.edu by March31, 2011. View STF Base Allocations for FY2012.
  2. Any college, school, or other unit interested in requesting additional Student Technology Fee funds may also complete a Project or Program Request Worksheet for each request. Those worksheets should be submitted to the appropriate Dean or Vice President.
  3. Project or Program requests should then be ranked by the appropriate Dean or Vice President using the Request Summary Sheet. Mailing instructions for this document and accompanying Project or Program Request Worksheets are at the bottom of the document.
